When we ask better questions, our children become better thinkers. - Dr Martha Deiros Collado
Emily has spent 15 years working in education, including 8 years teaching Early Years in schools as a qualified teacher. As an Assistant Head Emily has led curriculum development in Early Years focused on play and outdoor learning, as alongside being a classroom teacher with the joy of warm relationships with the children in her care. Cold winters living in Moscow have prepared her for long days enjoying the outdoors too. Emily believes strongly in the importance of a personal relationship with every child in order to support their growing independence.
Becoming a parent has encouraged Emily to extend her understanding of early child development and has been a true test of her ability to self-regulate! In her spare time Emily loves to read, cook, and spend time with friends from near and far.
